Requirements

• 5+ years of collision repair experience with advanced structural and frame work
• I-CAR or OEM certifications strongly preferred
• Proven ability to perform repairs independently and to the highest standards
• Leadership qualities and willingness to train/mentor team members
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced collision repairs, including frame straightening, structural repairs, and complex panel replacements
• Ensure repairs meet factory specifications and highest quality standards
• Mentor junior technicians and help maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Keep current with industry advancements, certifications, and OEM repair procedures
