About The Position

The purpose of the Sales Associate is two-fold: 1) confirm appointments for existing clients and appointments for existing visitors and 2) nurture leads and set free workout appointments and/or consultations when not in a sales appointment. The goals of the Sales Associate role are to: 1) be able to multi-task & manage your schedule to accomplish daily objectives, and 2) be selfless and willing to set appointments for the General Manager (GM) for the greater good of D1 Malvern.

Requirements

  • Experience in high ticket sales.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a schedule effectively.
  • Familiarity with fitness sales is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fitness-related environment.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing.
  • Experience with lead generation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the GM in creating a D1 environment which motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals.
  • Act as the 'Quarterback of the facility' by setting up the GM to close deals/sales.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, schedule %, and show %.
  • Make 100 'Double Dials a Day'.
  • Respond to every new lead in less than 5 minutes.
  • Convert 60% of leads into scheduled appointments for free trial assessments (FTAs).
  • Ensure 60% of scheduled appointments show up for their first visit.
  • Assist the GM in closing 60% of leads who show.
  • Collect accurate contact information from prospects.
  • Avoid giving out pricing over the phone.
  • Utilize Gym Profit Solutions (GPS) to maximize non-organic leads.
  • Leverage social media to generate organic leads and set appointments.
  • Manage general maintenance of information in Mindbody.
  • Perform all four core values of the company.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fitness and understand the Mission and Philosophy of D1.
