About The Position

Join our team as a technician at Toyota of York, where we guarantee a minimum annual income of $90,000. We are a high-volume service center, averaging 85-100 services per day, providing ample opportunities for work from various sources including customer work and internal work on new and used vehicles. Our technicians enjoy competitive pay, including 130% over factory warranty labor times, and have the chance to earn an additional $3.00 per hour in efficiency bonuses. Our shop is temperature controlled, and we offer a structured training program that allows for pay rate increases as you progress through the certification process. We pay you to train and cover the costs associated with your training. Our technicians work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, with optional Saturday work available, which comes with an additional $2.00 per hour increase for those who work every other Saturday. We also provide weekly pay through direct deposit every Friday.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and safe driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• PA State Inspection and Emissions Licenses preferred
• Toyota Master Technician Certification required
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
• Communicate recommendations and diagnoses to service advisors and customers.
• Work through the process of diagnosing problems and completing the repair.
• Perform all repairs to Toyota standards.
