About The Position

Qualified candidates hired are eligible for a signing bonus up to $15,000, paid out over a six-month period We are seeking an experienced and motivated Master Technician to join our high-performing service team. The Automotive Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Master Technician level working specifically with Kia vehicles
- ASE certifications in Kia preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills with Kia systems and components
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a dealership environment
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 18 years or older required
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications in Kia preferred
Responsibilities
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using Kia-specific tools and software.
- Complete complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and drivability issues.
- Accurately document all repairs, services, and maintenance performed, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
