Requirements

Must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report Review & Drug Screen
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning
Dealership or high-level shop experience
Expertise in advanced electrical, hybrid, and emerging vehicle technologies
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills

Nice To Haves

ASE Master Level Certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability assessments, and complex repairs following OEM standards
Handle major engines, transmission, electrical. and hybrid/EV repairs (if certified)
Solve difficult or unusual diagnostic cases assigned by shop foreman/service director
Complete warranty, customer-pay, and recall work with precision and efficiency
Utilize factory scan tools, software updates, and OEM troubleshooting requirements
Document all repairs clearly, following dealership and manufacturer requirements
Mentor entry-level and mid-level technicians
Maintain an organized, safe, and professional work area
