About The Position

We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team a qualified Master Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. This individual seeks out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. They compliment the skills and capabilities of our existing team.

Requirements

Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication
A desire for long-term career development
Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Efficiently navigate a computer and/or a tablet

Nice To Haves

Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Use their knowledge & skill to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers.
Work closely with the Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations that address each guest concern.
Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections.
Continuously build automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, to meet deadlines, and to deliver distinguished results.
Follow and promote our high standards of excellence in safety and cleanliness.
Treat our guests and other team members with respect and integrity.
