Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10+ years of progressive automotive repair and diagnostic experience.
  • Proven ability to perform advanced-level diagnostics, repairs, and system overhauls .
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a dealership environment strongly preferred (OEM-specific systems, warranty procedures, etc.).
  • Experience mentoring or training lower-level technicians (B- and C-level)
  • ASE or OEM Master Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Lead by example in quality and customer service
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
  • Document work performed and communicate clearly
  • Train and support junior technicians
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Use Dealerware for loaner vehicle documentation as needed
