About The Position

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers
• 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• Ability to Flag 40-60 hours per week in one bay
• ASE Master Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for customers
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
• Collaborate with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
