Requirements

Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lexus vehicles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities
Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and guides
Good judgment and sound decision-making skills
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school degree preferred
ASE certification relevant to the work level may be required

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using the latest technical tools and resources
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and team members
Stay current with technical publications and participate in ongoing training programs
Perform safe, accurate, and timely vehicle service in compliance with safety standards
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety
Complete all service paperwork accurately and maintain proper documentation
Support Service Manager, Diagnostic Specialist, or Group Leader with assigned tasks as needed
