The MAST Reporting & Analysis Sr. Manager is responsible for setting up and managing the global MAST Program, a data analysis team to support benefits realization, gain a deeper level of understanding into the asset, HESS and other operational performance on board MAST vessels and communicate recommendations to improve from these learnings to management. This role will need to build, lead, and manage a supporting data team around a coordinated global maritime data strategy that centralizes all MAST data sets that are currently siloed across multiple teams. The hired person will need to anticipate business needs and showcase the power of organized data by connecting operational data sources to identify leading indicators and monitor business performance.
