Massage Therapy Student Clinic Director
About The Position
The Clinic Director-Massage at the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage will lead and manage the massage therapy student clinic. This role involves overseeing daily operations, mentoring students, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in massage therapy, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The clinic director will also have their own room, table, and free use of linens and lotions to see their own clients while being on site for students, and earn extra income in addition to the salary offered by the school.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
- Strong understanding of various massage techniques and therapeutic practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid state of Ohio massage therapy license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the massage therapy clinic to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team students, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
