seeking an experienced, highly motivated
Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist to join its faculty. If you possess a

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our
Massage Therapy Program. This is a part-time, professional position
reporting directly to the Dean of Education. The primary responsibility will be
to teach Massage Therapy courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide
academic advising to students and participate in department
training, meetings, and graduation.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required
• Certifications: Licensed Massage Therapist in VA and/or Certified Massage Therapist in VA
• At least three years of experience as a Certified or Licensed Massage Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven

Nice To Haves

• Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred
