About The Position

The position involves providing outstanding service to members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all individuals feel treated as VIPs throughout their spa experience. The role requires preparation and setup of treatment rooms, engaging with clients to confirm services, and performing high-quality spa services such as massages and body treatments. The individual will also maintain accurate records, explain treatment procedures, and provide guidance on overall wellness and relaxation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Arrives to work with ample time to assist with preparation of infused waters and to setup treatment rooms.
• Welcomes all members and guests by name and introduces themselves to all new members.
• Engages client in conversation to confirm services and preferences and determines treatment based on individual problems and needs.
• Completes paperwork including waivers and release documents and records each service on client intake forms.
• Explains treatment procedures and provides information about products used during the service.
• Performs high-quality spa services (massage and body treatments) to help clients relieve pain and improve wellness.
• Provides clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and overall relaxation.
• Performs services within allotted time frame for each treatment as outlined in the service menu.
• Encourages pre-booking and anticipates requested/repeat clients' needs and preferences.
• Maintains the treatment rooms in a neat and professional manner.
