Responsibilities
- Assessing client needs—listening to concerns, reviewing medical history, and tailoring treatments accordingly
- Providing a safe and comfortable experience—maintaining professionalism and ensuring clients feel at ease
- Educating clients—offering guidance on self-care, stretching techniques, and wellness habits
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene—sanitizing massage tables, equipment, and personal workspaces
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards—following regulations and respecting client confidentiality
- Documenting sessions—tracking client progress and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Must have completed or be currently enrolled in a Massage Therapist program
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification
- Full licensing/certification required before performing sessions at the studio
- Open to all experience levels—students, newly licensed therapists, and seasoned professionals
- Diverse backgrounds welcome—private practice, medical massage therapy, resort and medical spa experience, and more
- Must have some weekend and evening availability - Closed on Sundays.
