About The Position

Elements Massage Needham is a studio where the therapist wants for nothing. We have everything from hydraulic tables, triple lotion warmers, towel cabbies in every room and air purifiers FOR YOUR HEALTH! We believe in safety first and really treat you as a member of our family! Elements Massage was founded by a Massage Therapist, so we take a “Therapist-First” approach to our philosophy and processes. Our Assistant Manager (also Lead Massage Therapist) will mentor/supervise you in the best way. We know what it's like and we want you to be happy, comfortable and extremely successful!

Requirements

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio

Nice To Haves

• Experience in private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy sessions for clients
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Support the studio's operational processes
