Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled, professional, and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. This position may be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and client demand. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a collaborative spa setting.
Requirements
- Current state Massage Therapy License (in good standing)
- Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, etc.) tailored to client needs
- Provide body treatments such as salt scrubs, foot soaks, and foot scrubs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment space
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with warmth and professionalism
- Recommend appropriate home care or wellness routines when suitable
- Support the team with spa operations and promote a positive workplace culture
