About the role Massage Therapist – Carmel, IN HealthFitness is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to provide chair massage at monthly corporate wellness events at our client site in Carmel, Indiana . This is a great opportunity for therapists looking for consistent, part-time work in a positive, professional environment. Schedule: Typically the second (occasionally third) Wednesday of the month , 10:00 AM–12:00 PM & 1:00–4:00 PM (Ability to attend all dates is preferred but not required.) Remaining 2026 Event Dates May 13 June 10 July 15 August 11, 12, and/or 13 September 16 October 14 November 11 December 10
Requirements
- Massage Therapy License for the state of required.
- Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
- 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Experience in sports massage techniques.
- Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.
- Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
- General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
- Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa like environment within a fitness center.
- Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
