Massage Therapist
About The Position
Administer professional massage to members and non-members, through a variety of modalities, including, neuromuscular, oncology, deep tissue, and prenatal. Provide individual bodywork treatments that meet the needs of young adult, adult and geriatric populations through appropriate screening. Assists with other facility service responsibilities, including laundry, equipment cleanliness and preventive maintenance, policy enforcement, answering member inquires for delivering excellent customer service, and attending staff meetings. Assists with off-site events for program development and community partnerships. Performs massage therapy sessions, achieving monthly session targets, as established by the facility.
Requirements
- CPR and AED certification within 90 days of hire
- BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
- LMA: Licensed Massage Therapist
Nice To Haves
- Certification in multiple therapy modalities including Oncology, Neuromuscular, and/or Prenatal
- Ability to work multiple locations, weekdays, and weekends.
