Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given. Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practice . Properly care for equipment and product used Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings Compare and contrast the different services on the menu Recommend and up-sell services at the spa facility on property Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Respond to guest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education Works unsupervised for extended period of time U phold all protocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms. Understand that as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance and a positive attitude Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area. Including extensive in-between client cleaning procedures. Maintains well maintained spa appearance, cleanliness and ability to work entire shift in a mask as directed. Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager. Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environment
