About The Position

Beloit Health System is looking to add a Massage Therapist to our Team at NorthPointe! The Massage Therapist is responsible for performing Massage Therapy and and Body Wrap Services on clients within the scope of services. Provides massage therapy to clients within scope of training and modifies the treatment based upon client feedback and response. Completes ordering for all required supplies and communicates effectively with vendors. Assists with scheduling of spa services. Ability to work alone or in a group setting. Works with all staff to ensure a high-level spa experience for all clients. Completes documentation per department policy. Markets services to potential clients/customers. Other duties as assigned. Performs the necessary functions to prepare, maintain and clean up the work area to ensure cleanliness and safety. Presents an annual in-service to staff. Participates in Performance Improvement Programs. Participates in community education and marketing programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Massage Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State(s) within which Massage Therapy will be performed.
• Current CPR certification (or within 3 months of hire)
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to problem solve.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple demands.
• Maintain ethical conduct and keep confidential personal and medical information about clients.
• Adhere to established hospital policies, rules, and regulations.
• Participate in educational programs and continually seek for personal development.
