Requirements

2 years of massage therapy experience, luxury property ideal
Respect the confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respect each client's right to privacy
CPR certification, proper licensing and are qualified to perform the specific types of massages.
Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills
Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to internal and external clients.
Excellent command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Provide academic/theoretical and practical muscular/skeletal knowledge to practice
Provide the highest quality massage therapy/bodywork to those who seek professional service
Demonstrate professional excellence through regular self-assessment of strengths, limitations, and effectiveness by continued education and training.
Conduct all business and professional activities within their scope of practice, the law of the land, and project a professional image
Accept responsibility to do no harm to the physical, mental and emotional well being of self, clients, and associates
Comply with all company safety rules
Use all required safety devices and personal protective equipment
Maintain consistency in performance in accordance with Peninsula standards
Communicate with all departments to create a guest centric experience
Ensure efficient operation of the Spa Desk responsibilities with efficient handover
