About The Position
Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS) is a national hospitality staffing company that places talent in over 900 hotels. HSS is seeking a Massage Therapist for a premier resort spa located in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role is an integral part of a guest-focused wellness and spa experience team, dedicated to delivering high-quality services within a luxury hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy License (South Carolina required or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Nice To Haves
- 1–3+ years of experience in a spa, resort, or wellness setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and specialty treatments
- Deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences in a resort spa setting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Recommend services and products to enhance guest wellness and satisfaction
- Follow all company, state, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with spa and resort teams to ensure seamless guest service
