About The Position

This role involves analyzing skin to deliver facial services and suggest products for a guest's skin concerns and relaxation. Providing and executing all of our 30-90 minute facials and facial treatments such as microdermabrasion and high frequency. Consult with guests about their skin care concerns and routine to determine which products and facial services are most beneficial Maintain and organize treatment records. Maintain your work area per company guidelines along with the sterilization and sanitization requirements per the Iowa Board. Assist with laundry and other spa cleaning duties. Assist at spa desk with answering phone, scheduling guests, greeting guests, and checking guests in and out. Help promote yourself to hotel guests as well as local guests. Complete services within the timeframes required. MUST BE LICENSED IN IOWA
