Job Description What You Will Do: Perform personalized massage services from our menu Keep treatment rooms tidy, calm, and spa-ready (think zen, not chaos). Share skin and wellness tips with guests like the pro you are. Keep detailed treatment notes so every visit feels like a custom experience. Recommend other services or take-home products to keep the spa vibes going long after checkout. What We Are Looking For: Current State Massage License – This is a must to work your magic legally and professionally. Customer Service Experience – You know how to make people feel cared for and comfortable. Strong Communication Skills – Because great therapy includes a little conversation (and clear boundaries). Physical Endurance – You Will be on your feet and using your strength to help others relax. Schedule Flexibility – Spas don’t close on weekends, and neither do you!
