This role provides an opportunity to work in an oasis of tranquility within a bustling Chicago neighborhood, delivering professional and therapeutic services to guests.
Requirements
- State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
- Minimum of one year experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Nice To Haves
- Ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
