What will I be doing? As a Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Provides guests with a detailed and knowledgeable professional treatment. Provides on-site chair massages or off site. Demonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for owners and guests' needs with a professional and courteous manner. Practices universal health care protocol while dealing with owners, guests and team members. Arrives to work 20 minutes before shift begins and maintains promptness, starting massage services on time. Uses product efficiently, maintains product inventory and room cleanliness. Educates guests regarding in-home care products for well-being. Maintains CEU credits of 12 credits annually. Responsible for learning and being able to perform all massage and body treatments on the Spa menu. Any other reasonable duties as assigned by management. What are we looking for? It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Able to obtain CPR certification. 4 or more years of experience as a Massage Therapist Previous work experience at a Resort/Hotel Spa preferred.
