Requirements
- Meet Canyon Ranch’s high standards for excellence in massage therapy and guest care.
- Complete formal training through an accredited massage therapy school.
- Bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience practicing a variety of massage modalities.
- Maintain a current and valid state massage therapy license.
- Demonstrate professionalism, skill, and a deep commitment to healing and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide 50-, 80-, or 100-minute massage services, delivering exceptional therapeutic and healing experiences.
- Use your expertise to help guests achieve stress relief, relaxation, and overall wellness during their stay.
- Share your passion for the art of massage and contribute to Canyon Ranch’s holistic approach to health.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication when working with guests.
- Collaborate with wellness team members to ensure a seamless and restorative guest experience.
- Maintain weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required); additional weekday shifts may be available.
