About the Role As a Massage Therapist at Maison La Perche, you will provide customized body treatments with a focus on lymphatic massage while working within established studio standards. This is an in-studio, client-facing role based in Los Angeles, CA , reporting directly to studio leadership. You will work with both studio-booked clients and returning personal contacts, supported by front desk staff who manage scheduling, client communication, and check-in. This structure allows therapists to focus on treatment delivery and client relationships rather than administrative tasks. Massage is the primary responsibility of this role. Familiarity with holistic wellness and recovery modalities is helpful, as treatments may complement services such as infrared sauna, Ballancer Pro, and LED therapy. What a Typical Day Looks Like Performing customized massage treatments, with an emphasis on lymphatic techniques Reviewing client notes, treatment goals, and preferences before sessions Working with both first-time and returning clients Collaborating with front desk staff to ensure smooth scheduling and client flow Preparing and resetting treatment rooms between appointments Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to studio protocols Supporting a calm, professional, and discreet client experience Communicating clearly with leadership regarding client care and scheduling needs This role is primarily hands-on, with the majority of time spent delivering treatments in the studio.
