What you will have an opportunity to do: Part-Time Massage Therapist (Spa) Purpose of the Role Provide exceptional massage and body treatments while giving each guest personalized attention. Mission Deliver a personal luxury experience that creates memories and inspires guest stories.

Requirements

  • Consistent, on-time attendance and ability to work uninterrupted during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
  • Professional communication skills and a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to take direction from the Spa Supervisor, Spa Director, Director of Rooms, and General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and more
  • Provide body treatments such as exfoliations, masks, body polishes, and herbal wraps
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and be proficient in massage, body, and hydrotherapy services
  • Prepare and restock treatment rooms daily; keep your workspace clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Protect guest privacy and ensure a safe, comfortable experience
  • Answer guest questions about spa treatments and hotel services
  • Answer incoming calls within three rings
  • Promote and sell massage/body products; attend product training as required
  • Conduct facility tours as needed
  • Support spa inventory counts and notify leadership when supplies are needed
  • Attend department meetings as scheduled (weekly and/or monthly)
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and assist with special projects as assigned
