Requirements

  • Current State Massage License – This is a must to work your magic legally and professionally.
  • Customer Service Experience – You know how to make people feel cared for and comfortable.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Because great therapy includes a little conversation (and clear boundaries).
  • Physical Endurance – You Will be on your feet and using your strength to help others relax.
  • Schedule Flexibility – Spas don’t close on weekends, and neither do you!

Responsibilities

  • Perform personalized massage services from our menu
  • Keep treatment rooms tidy, calm, and spa-ready (think zen, not chaos).
  • Share skin and wellness tips with guests like the pro you are.
  • Keep detailed treatment notes so every visit feels like a custom experience.
  • Recommend other services or take-home products to keep the spa vibes going long after checkout.
