It's a family owned and award-winning destination that truly inspires. Paws Up Montana is seeking a Massage Therapist to add to our team. The role of the Massage Therapist is to administer professional massage and body treatments to guests in the Spa or in the homes/camps.

Responsibilities

Provide consistent professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices.
Provide accurate information and application regarding services and products and spa facilities.
Assist in scheduling spa appointments for guest via phone or in-person.; Enter guest information accurately entered into Resort system.
Perform prep work, correctly clean and restock spa as necessary.
Handle queries and concerns of guests efficiently, politely and with discretion.
Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
Properly care for tools and use proper amounts of manufactured goods to assist with cost controls.
Promptly communicate availability and changes in schedule to spa organization in order to assist with scheduling of treatments.
Provide knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities.
Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly.
Keep up-to-date knowledge on all spa items including any allergens.
Ensure confidentiality of guests.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all time.
Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities.
Assist in the set-up and break-down of the spa facility at the beginning and end of the season.
Display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members at all times, take pride in representing Paws Up Montana professionally with our guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
