Works closely with the department head and supervisors recommending program changes as necessary. • Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all club amenities as well as any special events. • Maximizes revenue and cash flow by promoting Spa programs, packages and upgrades when appropriate. • Takes spa reservations for members and guests and verifying client itinerary for the days services • Interacts with club staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information. • Communicates all pertinent information to the Spa Director. • Follows set procedures on posting charges. • Ensures member satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility. • Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet. • Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly. • Calls Athletic Porter for cleaning as needed. • Reports any necessary repairs to engineering. • Assists in the efficient operation of the department. • Maintains filing system. • Records members’ participation.
