About The Position

Park MGM is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals who help create a calm, welcoming escape in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. In this role, you'll provide personalized treatments that leave a lasting impression, helping guests relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. With a focus on connection and comfort, you’ll be part of a supportive spa environment where your skill, attention to detail, and guest-first mindset make all the difference.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment
• 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience
• Must currently hold a valid Nevada issued Massage Therapy License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
