About The Position
Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for: Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare This role will be working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 7:30am to 8:00pm.
Requirements
- State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required
- The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required
