Spa Nordstrom services include skin care and Ayurvedic treatments, hydrotherapy, massage and hand and foot care. The massage therapist works to provide clients a soothing spa experience. The ideal candidate is experienced, personable and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive massage therapy required; previous spa experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment
Proof of all required licensing by the state

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation of individual needs
Provide professional massage services such as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports and pre-natal
Provide extra services, including foot soaks and refreshments
Suggest retail products to clients
Build lasting relationships with clients by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and services, and invite them to upcoming events
Consistently seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service
