About The Position
The Massage Therapist provides specific massages and spa treatments to spa patrons, interviews clients regarding their needs and specific health conditions, and maintains a clean, safe, professional environment for clients and co-workers. Position requires a current Virginia State Massage Therapist License.
Requirements
- Virginia State Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Excellent customer service
- Must be at least 18

Responsibilities
- Perform and be proficient in all massage and spa services by following the specified protocol for each service
- Prepare the treatment room with appropriate equipment and supplies prior to each service
- Read the health intake form for each client, ask and answer appropriate questions, and provide information as needed for the comfort and safety of the client
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties
- Suggest and sell retail products to guests
- Other duties as assigned by management
