Massage Therapist $1000 Hire-on Incentive for New Hires

Provide professional massage therapy services to clients and maintaining spa standards throughout the treatment. Appointments will occur at reserved times with no delay. Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and prep rooms in a professional manner at all times to enhance the operation and guest experience. Provide professional massage therapy services to clients. Greet clients in a professional and timely manner. Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocol/procedures. Possess thorough knowledge of various services, products, and benefits of the services offered. Maintain professional demeanor and conduct with guests at all times. Attend training sessions for new services and be available to train new employees on services and treatments. Upsell guests on add-on options for services. Report service issues immediately. Assist in other areas of the spa as needed including reception, spa attendant duties, and retail areas. Other duties as assigned by management. Effective 3.11.2026 - $1000.00 hire-on incentive will be paid out as follows: $250 after 90-days of continuous employment, $250 after 180-days of continuous employment, and $500 after one-year of continuous employment. All payouts are issued on a regular paycheck after the milestone date is successful completed.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a current state license in Massage Therapy.
- Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu services.
- Must have experience in product retailing.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
