Requirements
- Current state license to perform massage therapy with 3+ years of experience.
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
- Pass background checks
- Demonstrated experience training or coaching other therapies or wellness professionals.
- A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
- Excellent at guest communication
Responsibilities
- Customize massage experiences for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
- Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements.
- Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
- Uphold all Heights Wellness standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
