Everyone works in Guest Experience – If a guest needs assistance, it is your responsibility to assist that guest and do so with a smile. If the guest needs more assistance than you can provide, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate department or individual. Primary Job Duties: – Includes, but is not limited to: Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facility products, features and amenities. Evaluate and educate guests about applicable wellness recommendations. Ensure facility equipment is functioning properly and report any concerns to Lead Esthetician and/or Spa Management. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area. Perform preparation work and restock room at the end of each shift. Ability to lift and move massage tables and portable massage chairs. Promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as any promotions and/or discounts available. Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied. Ensure that required licensing is maintained & updated. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Available to work in outdoor working environments, with the majority of the time standing. Ability to network and engage with guests confidently. Other duties as assigned.
