Responsibilities

  • Assess each guest's needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning services.
  • Escort guests to/from the spa suite and frequently check with them to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service.
  • Utilize the tools, equipment, and products provided to best service the guest and their unique needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and treatment room throughout shift while disposing of trash and dirty linens and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Monitor and stick to the time schedule throughout the day and ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.
