The Bellperson position at Hokulani Waikiki, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, involves providing excellent service while assisting owners and guests with luggage to and from their rooms in a timely, courteous, and safe manner. The role includes handling other special requests as needed. The resort operates 7 days a week, and the Bellperson will monitor the property front entrance and guest arrivals, greet and assist owners and guests, provide instructions regarding room amenities and property services, deliver messages and requested items, report any problems to management, and ensure a clean and organized front entrance and lobby area.
