About The Position

The Massage Therapist at Froedtert Health provides quality massage therapy in a holistic manner, respecting the personal rights and dignity of individuals. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic services that promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and overall health in a supportive environment, specifically within the Cancer centers at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy experience required.
• Current Massage Therapy licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of massage therapy or holds National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Oncology Massages or willingness to take training classes for Oncology massage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality massage therapy services to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure a therapeutic environment conducive to relaxation and health promotion.
• Respect the personal rights and dignity of individuals during therapy sessions.
