Requirements

• State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required
• 6+ years' experience in licensed field
• The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds
• Acts as Lead in respective area within Kohler Waters Spa

Nice To Haves

• Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required
• Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring
• Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the department lead with weekly designated administrative time combined with service time.
• Supervise department staff – this includes performance feedback, goal setting, training and retraining, department staff meetings, and associate communication.
• Manage schedules/appointments of associates.
• Conduct interviews, onboard new associates, conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews, and effectively performance manage associates.
• Assist in managing the department budget by providing data, reports, and documentation.
• Set sales goals for respective department and associates to help drive revenue in retail.
• When providing services, operate at or above Level 5 Therapist expectations or above.
• Ensure all associates are meeting or exceeding the standards and expectations of their assigned roles.
• Serve on the Operations Team and participate in management training sessions and outside educational opportunities.
