This position involves sample preparations, distribution, and data collection for forced degradation studies, as well as performing routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 0-2 years of experience in a related lab setting or a master's degree.
• Experience with LC-MS is required.
• Familiarity with protein biochemistry and general protein biochemical techniques involving HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometry, mass spectrometry are helpful.
• Authorization for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sample preparations, distribution and data collection for forced degradation studies.
• Perform routine biochemical analyses for characterization of monoclonal antibodies in support of pharmaceutical development.
• Conduct analysis and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department.
• Ensure maintenance of detailed documentation of assay development and qualification.
