Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age (per A.R.S. §36-2801.10)
- Must be able to pass a background check required by the Arizona Department of Health Services
- Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and dependable transportation
- 1+ year of bakery production experience — large batch baking preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
- Working knowledge of food sanitation, safe handling, and cannabis product standards
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Team player mentality — reliable, respectful, and focused
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Responsibilities
- Bake, mix, scale, portion, and prepare large quantities of baked goods, edibles, gummies, and snack products
- Follow recipes (modern and traditional) with consistency and precision
- Observe and maintain standards through every stage — from mixing and baking to cooling, packaging, and labeling
- Track and manage inventory for baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cannabis dosing, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to hit daily production goals with minimal waste
- Maintain accurate records of batch output, labeling, and product weights
- Support general operations as needed, including cleaning, supply restocking, and equipment prep
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and management — no egos, just execution
- Present a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
