Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic math skills
• Attention and commitment to safety.
• A strong work ethic.
• Availability for Saturday work when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in answering questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms for customers.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Arrange and direct delivery of products.
• Perform general clerical duties.
• Handle miscellaneous requests from managers and sales representatives.
