Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession. Our Berkshires Division is growing and we are seeking a Mason Crew Lead to join our team!

Requirements

• Crew leaders require 1 year minimum of crew supervisory experience
• Must have knowledge and experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
• Crew leaders must have ability to read plans
• Ability to lead and mentor crew members
• Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
• Reliability a must
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbs
