Second Shift (Full-time or Part-time) Core Hours: Monday through Thursday 3:30p.m. - 2:00a.m. 10% Shift Differential We are seeking an experienced Masking Specialist to join our Finishing Department in Blaine. This hands-on role is responsible for preparing parts for painting by precisely masking surfaces to ensure high-quality coatings and finishes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of masking experience
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Mask parts and components according to work orders and engineering drawings
• Apply tape, paper, plugs, and other materials to protect critical surfaces
• Inspect masked parts for accuracy and quality
• Remove masking after painting and maintain a clean finish
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Support process improvements and assist with training
