About The Position

As a Masking Processor Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for processing and preparing components for coating applications. Your role is critical in ensuring that all masking processes meet quality standards and specifications, contributing to the overall success of our aerospace operations. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that components are properly masked to prevent contamination and defects during coating applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of masking materials and processes used in aerospace applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 plus years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect masked components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize masking processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of masking operations and materials used.
