About The Position

Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world! We are hiring a 2nd shift cheese production operator to join our team of highly skilled and talented cheesemakers and operators! Be part of making award winning Mascarpone cheese and launching our newest product innovation, vegan un-cream cheese. Work with cheese processing, automated packaging and sanitation systems & equipment.

Requirements

No experience necessary - we will provide all training and support!
Must have a mechanical aptitude
Strong time management skills with ability to multi task
Excellent attention to detail

Operation of equipment
Set up and adjustments of the machine
Quality inspections
Troubleshooting
Paperwork
Sanitation duties
